The location is quiet, well maintained, and charming. It is about five minutes’ drive to the Town of Cape Charles and the beach. The tiny house was comfortable and even furnished with a small kitchen with pots, pans, tableware, refrigerator, coffee set up. Parking is close and easy. Comfortable and pleasant!

Such a precious place! We stayed in the Mermaid Cottage and it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Short drive into the town of Cape Charles and the beach. Easy check in! We got to meet the owner/host and he was extremely friendly and gave us lots of good ideas about things to do in the area.

We can’t say enough good things about Tiny Livin. The check in was extremely easy and the tiny home was very clean. There was a live band playing at the property where we also enjoyed fried crabs and wine slushies. Best wedding anniversary trip ever!! Eric, the owner, was super welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a great time at tiny we were in town for a wedding. Everything we needed to attend was just a stone’s throw away. We got daily texts about fire pit get together along with corn hole and horseshoe! Lots of happy faces.

We spent 3 days in "Stay Awhile." It was decorated so nicely inside and out. The fire pit area was equipped with supplies for cooking and a fire. It was close to the beach, shops, and the American Legion. We would recommend staying at this very unique property.
