Micro Wedding Options
Greenhouse Elopement Package:
- Step into our enchanting greenhouse, available from 9am to 5pm
- We'll set up 6 chairs for your closest loved ones
- Celebrate with up to 6 guests and even bring along two furry friends
- Please note: Your dream officiant and photographer will need to be arranged separately and not included
$800-$900 per day
Greenhouse Micro Wedding Package:
- Immerse yourself in the magic of our greenhouse from 9am to 5pm
- 20 arranged chairs await your guests
- Share your special day with up to 20 of your favorite people
- Your two pets can also join the festivities
- Officiant, rentals and photographer arrangements remain in your creative hands and not included, Over night accommodations not included.
$1200-$1500 Per Day
Tiny House Village Micro Wedding Package:
- Experience the charm of our greenhouse and the coziness of 8 vintage tiny homes, perfect for 22 overnight guests
- Enjoy evening amenities like a crackling fire pit, fun corn hole games, cook grills, and aromatic firewood
- The entire whimsical village is exclusively yours for the day
- Welcome up to 58 additional non-overnight guests, making memories with a total of 80 beloved attendees
- Please remember: This package focuses on the venue and amenities, so other rentals such as chairs and tents will need your personal touch and not included
$2500 - $3750 Per Night
When hosting your wedding at the Cape Charles Tiny Livin' you can use your vendors, *THEY MUST PROVIDE PROPER INSURANCE* send docs thru your booking app. We have a list available if you would like some suggestions!
USE THE WEDDING GREENHOUSE AS THE BACKDROP FOR THE CEREMONY
The quaint white work shed from the 1930's was converted to have windows throughout to allow sunshine to dance through, complimented by the stunning greenery. It makes for the perfect altar on your special day.
Host the full day of events from the rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception right on site or simply utilize the Our tiny houses as accommodations for your group. You can also use the space for the ceremony, photos & accommodations. There is also space is available in the yard for an EVENT TENT for your reception.

Accommodations
5 homes feature a queen sized bed and 2 homes feature a queen sized bed and sleeper sofa 1 home has a King sized bed and a sleeper sofa, for a total of 8 homes. All have , a smart TV, front patio with bistro table seating, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, & toilet, complimentary coffee & a coffee pot. Some of the homes have a utility kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge & table settings.
All homes have access to the full grounds including the entertainment area, greenhouse, firepit, BBQ, cornhole & parking.
Each home has its own unique theme & décor to create a one-of-a-kind experience during your time at the Tiny Livin' Village!
